What is tarot and how can it help me?
Tarot started back in the 14th century. Some say it was a card game developed for royal families. Because the cards had to be hand-painted, only prestigious families could have tarot cards.
Sometime later, people began to notice synchronicities with the cards and then the cards began to be used for divination (the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means.) The cards in a tarot deck pick up energies of the reader and the client, even though the two parties may not be in the same room. When the cards are placed in certain spreads (layouts) one can interpret meanings and provide advice and guidance to individuals on a variety of topics.
So how does this all work???
You start with a question that you would like some guidance on. Some troubling thoughts. Then you choose a deck from those listed below, or others that we can discuss prior to your reading. A little about me
For many years, I have been very drawn to connect with spirits and Angel guides, so I've explored quite a bit. I invoke Reiki energy (use energies of the Chi and the universe) into the cards and use different crystals in my readings. I also invoke the protection of Archangel Michael and other Archangels and guides so that my readings are protected from Dark Energy. I gravitate to tarot because of the assistance it can give people with difficult choices in their lives. I believe Tarot is a practice that gives you empowerment to make changes to put your life on your desired path. You are in control of your own destiny and it can be changed!
